Spaghetti

        Spaghetti


Ingredients

Spaghetti (1 packet)
Chicken (1 bowl)
Capsicum (2 medium)
Onion (1 medium)
Tomatoes (2 medium)
Water (as required)
Chili Garlic ketchup (1/2 cup)
Soya Sauce (4 tablespoons)
Chili Sauce (4 tablespoons)
Vinegar (4 Tablespoons)
Salt (2 Teaspoons)
Black Pepper (2 teaspoons)
Chili flakes (1 Teaspoon)
Chicken powder (2 Teaspoons)
Ginger Garlic Paste (2 Teaspoons)

Method 

Take a pot add oil and chopped onion. Sauté onion for 2 minutes then add chopped tomatoes. Mix them well. Then add 1 cup of water and cover the pot for 3 minutes. After 2 minutes mash the tomatoes then add chili garlic ketchup, vinegar (2 Tablespoons), Soya Sauce (2 Tablespoons) , Chili Sauce (2 Tablespoons). Mix all the sauce well then add salt (1 teaspoon),black pepper (1 teaspoon),chili flakes( 1/2 teaspoon) and chicken powder. Sauté them well then add all the Julienne shape vegetables. Cover and cook them on medium flame for 2 minutes.

Chicken 

Take a pan add oil and chicken. Sauté them for 3 minutes then add ginger garlic paste and sauté chicken for 5 minutes or until chicken rotten smell gone. Then add chili sauce (2 Tablespoon), vinegar (2 tablespoons), soya sauce (2 tablespoons),salt (1 teaspoon), black pepper (1 teaspoon) and chili flakes ( 1/2 teaspoon).Cook them well until water evaporates and chicken cooked.

      ADD COOKED CHICKEN IN VEGETABLES MIXTURE .

Cover the pot and cook them on low flame for 5 minutes.

Spaghetti 

Take a pot. Fill the pot with water (7 to 8 cups). Add one tablespoon of oil and one teaspoon of salt. When water boiled then add spaghetti and cook them for 10 and 15 minutes.
Stain the spaghetti and add in above chicken vegetables mixture. Mix them well.
Yummy and delicious spaghetti is ready.
