Potato Pakora
Today is the rainy day so I decided to make Potato pakora at home. In this blog I will tell you all the ingredients which you need in making yummy pakoras.
Ingredients
Gram flour (2 cup)
Potatoes (2 medium size)
Ginger garlic paste (1 Teaspoon)
Chopped Coriander leaves (1 Tablespoon)
Chopped Mint leaves (1 Tablespoon)
Oil (For deep frying)
Water (1 cup )
Salt (1 Teaspoon)
Roasted and grind Coriander seeds (1 Teaspoon)
Roasted and grind Cumin seeds (1 Teaspoon)
Black cumin seeds (1/2 Teaspoon)
Carom seeds (1/2 Teaspoon)
Red Chili powder ( 1 Teaspoon)
Chat Masala (1/2 Teaspoon)
Turmeric powder (1/2 Teaspoon)
Chili Flakes (1/2 Teaspoon)
Baking Soda (1/3 Teaspoon)
Method
Mix all the above mentioned spice, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves, mint leaves and baking soda with gram flour. Then add water and mix them gradually until it become a thick paste .Leave this mixture for half an hour.
Take a deep pot for frying and add oil. Clean and dry the potatoes. Cut the potatoes in round shape then deep in gram flour mixture. Now put this coated potatoes in medium hot oil. Fry potatoes until their color change into light golden
