       Lentils soup

INGREDIENTS 

Chana Ki daal (1 cup)
Masoor daal (1/2 cup)
Mong daal (1/2 cup)
Mash Ki daal (1/3 cup)
Salt (1 Teaspoon)
Red chili powder (1 Teaspoon)
Turmeric powder (1 Teaspoon)
Ginger garlic paste (1 Tablespoon)
Water ( 3 cups)

Method

Washed and soaked lentils for one hour.
Take a pressure cooker add soaked lentils, water (3 cups), salt , red chili powder, turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste. Mix them well 
Close the pressure cooker and put pressure on it. When pressure cooker starts then cook it for 10 to 15 minutes and open the cooker after 20 to 25 minutes.

To minutes play it safe, we recommend waiting for 15 minutes you have turned off your cooker to open it. This will allow enough time for its internal temperature and pressure to drop to safe levels, it's important to note that if the seems slightly stuck at first , you 'll need to wait a bit longer

Method for Tarqa ( fry)

Take a pan add oil and onion. When onion color change into light Brown then add chopped green Chili and cumin seeds . Spread this tarqa ( fry ) over the  prepared lentils soup.
