BEEF MINCE (Qeema)

         Beef Mince


Ingredients

Beef mince (Half kg)
Oil (1 cup)
Onions (2 medium)
Tomatoes (3 medium)
Potatoes (3 to 4 pcs)
Ginger garlic paste (3 Tablespoons)
Green Chili (3)
Coriander leaves (For Garnishing)
Ginger Julienne slices (For Garnishing)
Salt (1 Teaspoon)
Red Chili powder (1/2 Teaspoon)
Warming spices powder (1 Teaspoon)
Turmeric powder (1 Teaspoon)
Coriander powder (1 Teaspoon)
Cumin seeds (1 Teaspoon)
Black cumin seeds (1/ 2 Teaspoon)
Carom seeds (1/2 Teaspoon)
Dried Fenugreek leaves (2 tablespoons)
Water  (4 cup)



Method

Take a Pot add oil and onion .Cook it until onion color change into light Brown. Then  add clean and dry beef mince with ginger garlic paste and warming spices powder. Sauté them well until beef rotten smell gone then add tomatoes and remaining spices. Sauté beef mince with spices for 2 to 3 minutes then add water. Cover the Pot with lid and cook beef mince for 20 to 25 minutes on medium flame.
After 25 minutes add  Potatoes (cut in cube shape) and 1 cup of water. Mix potatoes with beef mince and cover the pot with lid . Leave the pot on medium flame  for 5 to 6 minutes.
{After 6 minutes check the potatoes if Potatoes not cooked then again put the pot on medium flame for 5 minutes}
Add green chili and dried fenugreek leaves. Cover the pot with lid .Cook on medium flame until water evaporates and oil appears in beef mince.
Dish out Yummy BEEF MINCE in a bowl.
Garnish beef mince with chopped coriander leaves and ginger Julienne slices.
