BEEF KARAHI
Ingredients
Boneless Beef Boti (Half kg)
Oil (5 to 6 Tablespoons)
Onion (1 medium)
Tomatoes (2 medium)
Ginger garlic paste ( 4 Teaspoons)
Chopped green chili ( 1 Teaspoon)
Coriander leaves ( for garnishing)
Yogurt (4 tablespoons)
Beef soup (1 cup)
Salt (1/2 Teaspoon)
Warming spices powder (1/2 Teaspoon)
Black pepper powder (1 Teaspoon)
Carom seeds (1/3 Teaspoon)
Black cumin (1/3 Teaspoon)
Dry fenugreek leaves (1 Tablespoon)
Method
Take a pressure cooker add oil and chopped onion. Cook onion until onion color change into light brown then add boneless beef with ginger garlic paste and chopped green chili. Sauté them until beef rotten smell gone. Then add chopped tomatoes and all the above spices. Sauté them for 3 minutes then add 2 cups of water and 1 cup of beef soup (click on the Link for recipe)
Close the pressure cooker and put pressure on it. When pressure cooker starts then cook it for 30 to 35 minutes and open the cooker after 20 to 25 minutes.
To play it safe, we recommend waiting for 15 minutes you have turned off your cooker to open it. This will allow enough time for its internal temperature and pressure to drop to safe levels, it's important to note that if the seems slightly stuck at first , you 'll need to wait a bit longer.
When beef cooked then add yogurt and dried fenugreek leaves.Cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame. Dish out the beef karahi.Garnish the beef karahi with fresh chopped Coriander leaves.
