PENNE PASTA

      PENNE PASTA

Ingredients

Oil (6 to 7 Tablespoon )
Boiled PENNE Pasta (1 packet)
Boiled and shredded Chicken (1 bowl )
Onion (1 medium size )
Capsicum (2 medium size)
Cabbage (1 Pcs )
Chopped green chili (1/2 Teaspoon)
Ginger garlic paste (1 Tablespoon)
Salt (1 Teaspoon)
Chicken powder (2 Tablespoon)
Black pepper (1 Teaspoon)
Paprika powder (1 Teaspoon)
Chili flakes (1/2 Teaspoon) optional
Cumin seeds (1 /2 Teaspoon)
Knorr Chili garlic sauce (Half cup)
Chili sauce (3 Tablespoon)
Vinegar (2 Tablespoon)
Soya sauce (2 Tablespoon)
Coriander leaves (For Garnishing)



Method

  Take a bowl add oil and chopped onions. Cook it for 2 minutes then add boiled and shredded chicken. Also add ginger garlic paste and Cumin seeds. Cook it for 2 minutes then add all the sauces and spices. Mix them well. Cover the pot with lid . Leave the pot on medium flame for 3 minutes.
On the other side take a pot add water (5 to 7 cups ), salt (1 Teaspoon ) and oil (2 Teaspoon )
Boiled the water for 5 minutes then add Penne pasta. Cook it until PENNE pasta fully boiled.
Now add boiled PENNE pasta in above vegetables and sauces mixture. Mix them well.
Leave the pot on low flame for 2 minutes.
Garnish the PENNE PASTA with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
