Chicken Achar

  CHICKEN Achar 

INGREDIENTS

Chicken (Half kg )
Oil (8 to 9 Tablespoons )
Onions (3 to 4 )
Tomatoes (4 to 5 )
Ginger Garlic paste (2 Tablespoons)
Lemon juice (1 Tablespoon)
Coriander leaves (For presentation)
Ginger  (For presentation)
Yogurt (1 cup )
Water (1 cup )
Warming spices powder (1 Teaspoon )
Shan/National or any famous  ACHAR Gosht Masala packet (4 to 5 Teaspoon)


Ingredients for Green Chili filling

Green Chili's (3 to 4)
Lemon juice (1 Teaspoon )
Vinegar (1 Teaspoon )
Shan ACHAR Gosht (1 Teaspoon )

Chili Filling Method

Mix  lemon and vinegar with Shan ACHAR Gosht Masala. Make a paste. Take green chili cut them from the Middle and add the paste in between Green Chili


Cooking Method

Take a pot add oil in it then add  onion Cook it for 5 minutes until onion color change into brown color. Now add clean and dry chicken with warming spices powder and ginger garlic paste. Cook it for 3 to 4 minute. Then add tomatoes. Mix them well . Add water and cover the pot with lid. Leave the pot on medium flame for 10 to 12 minutes. After 12 minutes add yogurt and cook it  for 5 minutes more. Now add Green Chili's and lemon juice. Cover the pot with lid and leave the pot on low flame. Cook it until water evaporate and oil comes out in the pot. Present the Achar Chicken with coriander leaves and ginger Julienne slices.
Spicy and yummy  ACHAR Chicken is ready.
