Beef Pulao
First of all we will make beef soup
Ingredients for Beef Soup
Beef (half kg)
Onion (1 medium size)
Ginger (1 table spoon)
Garlic ( 5 to 6 cloves)
Salt (I table spoon)
Coriander ( half cup)
Fennel ( half cup)
Star anise (1) to
Cinnamon stick( 2 to 3)
Green cardamom ( 2)
Black cardamom (1)
Cloves (4 to 5)
Black pepper corn (4to5)
Cooking Method for Beef Soup
Add all above mentioned ingredients in a pressure cooker and when pressure cooker starts then wait for 40-45 minutes for it to be well cooked.
Now take a pot for Rice
Ingredients:
Rice ( 3 bowl) soaked for half hour
Beef soup (7 bowl)
Onion (2 medium size )
Ginger and garlic paste ( 3 table spoon)
Warming spices powder ( according to ur taste)
Star anise (1) to
Cinnamon stick( 2 to 3)
Black cardamom (1)
Bay leaf ( 2 )
Cloves (4 to 5)
Cumin seeds (2 table spoon)
Black pepper
Black pepper corn (4to5)
Oil (1 cup)
Salt ( according to your taste/ requirement)
Green chili ( 2)
Cooking Method for Rice
In a pot take oil and then put onion in it when onion turn in to half golden color then add all warming spices and green chili then cook until water disappears and oil come out all the things then add soup water (1bowl)
Add boiled beef in it and start cooking. Add ginger garlic paste , salt , warming spices powder then fry the beef with All the spices until the beef smell gone then add 6 bowl of beef soup and cook 3 to 4 minutes then add Rice and boil them until water disappears and then put a square cloth piece over the pot and put put plan pan under the pot .
Put the pot on medium flame for 15 minutes
After 15 minutes your Pulao is ready enjoy it with Raita and Salad
