Chana Ki Daal

Simple Chana Ki daal

Ingredients 

Chana Ki daal  (half kg)
Ginger garlic paste (1 Tablespoon)
Salt (1 Teaspoon)
Chicken powder (1 Teaspoon)
Red Chili powder (1/2 Teaspoon)
Turmeric powder  (1/2 Teaspoon)

Method 

Soaked lentils for 2 hours .
Take a pressure cooker add soaked daal (lentils).
ADD all the spices and ginger garlic paste.
Mix well 
Cook chana Ki daal (lentils) for 10 in pressure cooker.

For Tarqa ingredients 

OIL
ONION
CUMIN
RED CHILI

Method  

Take a pan add oil and onion. When onion color change into light Brown then add cumin and red chili. Fry them for 2 minutes. Spread Tarqa over prepared Chana Ki daal ( Lentils).
Yummy Chana Ki daal is ready.
