Spicy Potatoes Curry
Ingredients
Oil (1/4 cup)
Onion (2 pcs)
Tomatoes (2 pcs)
Potatoes (5 to 6 pcs)
Chopped ginger garlic (1 Teaspoon)
Chopped Green Chili (1/2 Teaspoon)
Lemon juice (1 Teaspoon)
Coriander leaves (For Garnishing)
Salt (1/2 Teaspoon)
Red Chili powder (1/2 Teaspoon)
Coriander powder (1/2 Teaspoon)
Turmeric powder (1/2 Teaspoon)
Chicken powder (1 Teaspoon)
Black cumin (1/2 Teaspoon)
Cumin seeds (1/2 Teaspoon)
Dry fenugreek leaves (1 tablespoon)
Method
Take a pot add oil. In medium hot oil add black cumin, cumin seeds and onions. Sauté for 3 minutes. When onions color change into light Brown then add tomatoes. Sauté for 3 minutes then add potatoes. Mix potatoes with onions tomatoes mixture. Then add all the above mentioned spices. Sauté for 2 minutes then add add 1 cup of water and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.
When potatoes cooked and oil comes out then add dry fenugreek leaves and lemon juice
Dish out yummy and Spicy Potatoes. Garnish potatoes with freshly chopped coriander leaves and green chili.
