 How to Reuse leftover Rice

Ingredients 

Boiled rice (1 bowl)
Egg (1)
Onion (1 Small Size)
Capsicum (1 Small Size )
Garlic cloves (2 pcs)
Oil (2 Tablespoons)
Water (Half cup)
Salt (1/2 Teaspoon)
Black pepper (1/2 Teaspoon)
Chicken powder (1/2 Teaspoon)
Soya sauce (1 Tablespoon)
Chili sauce (1 Tablespoon)
Vinegar (1 Tablespoon)
Ketchup (For Presentation)

Method 

Take a pot add oil and chopped garlic cloves. When garlic cloves color change into light Brown then add beaten egg. Cook for 3 minutes then add onion and Capsicum. Cook for 3 minutes then add spices ( salt , black pepper)
and sauces ( soya sauce, chili sauce, vinegar).Sauté all the vegetables, spices and sauce for a minute then add boiled rice .Mix them well then add water and cover the pot. Cook egg fried rice for 5 minutes on medium flame.
Yummy and easy egg fried rice is ready. Next time whenever your rice left use this recipe and make your leftover rice into delicious dish.
