Ingredients

Gram Flour (2 cups)
Oil (For frying)
Water (1 cup)
Salt (1 Teaspoon)
Red Chili powder (1 Teaspoon)
Warming spices powder (1 Teaspoon)
Turmeric powder (1/2 Teaspoon)
Roasted and grind Coriander seeds (1 Teaspoon)
Roasted and grind Cumin seeds (1 Teaspoon)
Carom seeds (1/2 Teaspoon)
Fennel Flower (1/2 Teaspoon)
Baking Soda (1/2 Teaspoon)
Ginger Garlic paste (1 Teaspoon)
Onion (1/2 )

Method For Pakora

Take a bowl add gram flour, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, warming spices powder , coriander seeds, cumin seeds, carom seeds, fennel flower, baking soda, onion and ginger garlic paste. 
Add water and make a thick paste 
Take a frying pan and add oil .Fry pakora until their color change into light Brown.
Dip fried Pakora in salt water ( 3 cups of water and 1/2 Teaspoon of salt) for 3 minutes.
Squeeze the pakora water gently with hand .

Method for yogurt 

Take a bowl add 1 kg yoghurt, half cup of water,1/2 Teaspoon of salt,1 teaspoon of chat masala.Mix them well.      

 Layering for Dahi Pholkian:

Take a casserole
first of layer of fried pakora.
Second layer of yogurt.

Method for Tarqa 

Take a pan add oil and onion. When onion color change into light Brown then add whole red chili and cumin seeds . Spread this tarqa ( fry ) over the prepared Dahi pholkia.
Sprinkle some chat Masala and coriander leaves 
Yummy and delicious Dahi pholkian is ready.
