Coriander leaves for Garnishing
Salt (1 Teaspoon)

Red Chili powder (1 Teaspoon)
Coriander powder (1 Teaspoon)
Turmeric powder (1 Teaspoon)
Oil (Half cup)

Method

Take a pressure cooker add oil and onion. Cook onion until their color change into light Brown. Take out the light brown onion in a blender then add tomatoes and 1 cup of water & make thick paste.
On the other side use same pressure cooker with remaining oil .Add beef , ginger garlic paste and warming spices powder. Cook until beef rotten smell gone. After 5 to 6 minutes take out the beef boti in a plate.
Now add onions tomatoes thick paste with water in the pressure cooker .Cook this paste for 6 to 7 minutes or until oil comes out then add fried beef boti. Cook them well for 5 minutes then add 5 to 6 cups of water .Close the pressure cooker and put pressure on it. When pressure cooker starts then cook it for 30 to 35 minutes and open the cooker after 20 to 25 minutes.

To play it safe, we recommend waiting for 15 minutes you have turned off your cooker to open it. This will allow enough time for its internal temperature and pressure to drop to safe levels, it's important to note that if the seems slightly stuck at first , you 'll need to wait a bit longer.

Now add Arvi or Taro root and 1 cup of water. Cook them for 10 to 15 minutes on medium flame. Cover the pressure cooker with lid and turn the flame low. After 5 minutes oil comes out and Arvi Gosht gravy is ready. Granish Arvi Gosht with fresh chopped coriander leaves.
