     Potato Paratha (Aalo ka Paratha)

Ingredients:

Boiled and mashed Potatoes (Half kg)
Coriander leaves (2 tablespoon)
Mint leaves (2 tablespoon)
Green Chili chop (1)
Salt (1 teaspoon)
Chicken powder (1 teaspoon)
Chat masala (Half teaspoon)
Black pepper (Half teaspoon)
Chili flakes(Half teaspoon)
Carom seeds (1/2 teaspoon)
Black cumin (1/3 teaspoon)
Cumin and coriander seeds (1 Teaspoon roasted and grind)

Method

Mix all the above ingredients in a boul. Follow below pictorial steps for Potato Paratha

Take a bread of suitable size and and spread the prepared mixture on it in a suitable manner. 

After that take another bread & close both the breads in such a way that the prepared potato mixture is closed between them.

Put the bread on the pan and fry it with adequate amount of oil or ghee.

Enjoy hot Potato Paratha with prepared sauce.
