Potato Cutlets

        Potato Cutlets

Ingredients:


Vegetables

Boiled Potatoes (half kg)
Onions (2 pcs)
Tomatoes (1 pcs)
Capsicum (1 medium size)
Coriander leaves chopped (3 tablespoon)
Mint leaves chopped (3 tablespoon)
Lemon juice ( 2 tablespoon)

 Spices

Salt (1 teaspoon)
Black pepper (Half teaspoon)
Chat masala (1 teaspoon)
Chili flakes (Half teaspoon)
Chicken powder (Half teaspoon)
Egg (2 for coating )
Vinegar (Half teaspoon)
Chili sauce (Half teaspoon)
Cumin or coriander seeds ( 1 teaspoon roasted and grind)

Method

First of all take boiled potatoes in a bowl mash them well with fork or masher.  Add all chop vegetables and spices. Mix them well with hand (must wear gloves) to. Now take a small amount of mixture in your hands and make kabab in circle shape .Now take a bowl add two egg ,  chicken powder and Black pepper. Mix them well. Now dip Kabab in egg mixture. Take a pan add some oil .Now add Kabab in it and shallow fry your Kabab.

Your yummy Kabab or Potatoes cutlets are ready. Enjoy it with Raita/Sauce or ketchup according to your linking.
