Chicken Karahi

             Chicken Karahi 

Ingredients:

Chicken (1 kg)

Onions (3 medium size)

Tomatoes (3 medium size)

Lemon juice (2 table spoon)

Ginger garlic paste (2 table spoon)

Coriander leaves (For garnishing)

Turmeric powder (1 teaspoon )

Red Chili powder (Half teaspoon )

Salt (According to your taste/Requirement)

Black pepper (Half teaspoon)

Warming powder (Half teaspoon)

Carom seeds (1/3 teaspoon)

Black cumin (1/3 teaspoon)

Coriander powder (Half teaspoon)

Yogurts (1 cup )

Vinegar (1 tablespoon)

Oil (Half cup)

Water (2 cup )

Method:

First take a bowl put chicken in it Then add all the spices, yogurts, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and vinegar. Mix it well .Marinate this chicken for half an hour.

Take a pot add oil .Add chop onion and cook until onion color change into light Brown then add chop tomatoes .Now add 1 cup of water in it and cover the pot with lid .Cook it until water evaporates and oil comes out then mash this mixture . Take out this onion and tomato pure in a bowl.Now add marinated chicken in this pot. Cook it until water evaporates and oil comes out then add your onions and tomatoes pure in it mix them well then add 1 cup of water in it cook it for 15 minutes on medium flame .

After 15 minutes oil will come out .Chicken Karahi is ready add some coriander leaves over it.

Enjoy your Chicken Karahi with Naan and Roti .
